CBD Isolate
CBD isolate is CBD in its purest form. It doesn’t contain any other phyto-cannabinoids or terpenes that can have an effect on the body. CBD isolate products are the most commonly-found products on the market, due to its price and less complicated from a regulatory perspective.
Broad Spectrum Distillate
Broad Spectrum CBD contains more of the compounds of the cannabis plant, with more cannabinoids and terpenes. The CBD distillate used at B3 is 3rd party-tested to ensure it meets the legal requirements on THC.
The Terpenes We Use
We love terpenes! We use a variety of naturally-derived terpenes in our CBD extracts and blends to create even more beneficial products. Our adaptogenic terpene blends contain upto eight different terpenes which work synergistically and have a great flavour-profile. Some of the terpenes we use are:
- Myrcene – used throughout the ages to improve sleep and reduce inflammation
- Citral – often used in herbal medicine as an anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial application
- Limonene – used in herbal medicine for its anti-inflammatory properties, as an antioxidant and to reduce stress
- Eucalyptol – used to improve focus and mood
- Beta Caryophyllene – is known to indicate a variety of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties
